Owner and Body Sculpting Specialist
Liz is the owner and founder of Hourglass Body and Beauty Bar. Upon learning about non-invasive beauty treatments she instantly knew it was something she wanted to explore and share. She completed her body sculpting training and certifications in Los Angeles in 2021. Liz is passionate about beauty, health, and helping people reach their full potential. These interests lead to her founding Hourglass with goals of helping women feel their most confident through treatments, as well as empowering women to succeed in the beauty industry while maintaining their own autonomy. Liz brings her expertise and previous experience as a teacher, yoga instructor, and personal trainer to Hourglass along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in education. In her freetime she loves to travel and get a good workout in-whether that’s lifting weights, going on bike rides, or taking her dog Mercy on a walk.

CAN THESE TREATMENTS BE DONE POST COSMETIC SURGERY?
Yes! Compression garments, lymphatic drainage, and wood block therapy are highly recommended post surgery to lower the risk of post-surgical complications and improve the overall cosmetic outcome.

CAN YOU WORK OUT BEFORE AND AFTER PROCEDURES?
Working out is actually recommended before and after all procedures with the exception of the Hyaluron Pen. You should avoid exercise for 24 hours after a Hyaluron Pen treatment.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
To prepare for a session drink at least one gallon (16 cups) of water for 1-2 days before your session. Avoid caffeine and alcohol 1-2 days before. For abdominal treatments avoid eating 2 hours before the session.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER MY TREATMENT TO OPTIMIZE RESULTS?
After your session continue increase water intake for one week. Limit caffeine consumption for one week. Avoid alcohol for 72 hours post treatment. Maintain a healthy diet. Work out 3-5 times a week with an increase on cardio exercise. Perform glute muscle exercises to maximize muscle mass after buttock treatments. In simple terms: hydrate, exercise, and healthy diet. Squat, squat, squat!

DO THE TREATMENTS HURT?
No! Some clients experience mild discomfort or slight bruising with he wood block therapy. But overall they are pain free!

WHAT ARE THE AREAS YOU CAN WORK ON? ​
Abdomen, arms, buttocks, legs, back, double chin area, love handles, hip dips, lips, and face.

Deposits will be used toward your re-scheduled service if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment.
