Liz is passionate about beauty, health, and helping people reach their full potential. She has had careers as a teacher, yoga instructor, and certified personal fitness trainer. Upon learning about non-invasive beauty treatments, she instantly knew it was something she wanted to explore and share! Ariel has been teaching Pilates and Yoga for over 20 years in Tucson. She uses both modalities as well as fascia release to help clients with core strength, posture, and balance in addition to mobility and chronic pain.
